It is incapable of browsing to the location where the manual backup has been copied, and it can't restore from cloud. The app is very helpful but needs a few tweaks to be great. Support doesn't answer email. I have contacted twice since resetting my phone in September. There's no way to find my local backup, and i had cloud backup enabled, but there is no 'cloud restore'...
Started using it for discord to be able save frequently used commands and report raids without having to type everything every time for the Pokemon go group on discord. Added it at an extra keyboard to be able to do that. It's amazing. The only issue is that when it restore from a backup to another phone, it only restore the categories, not the notes in the categories. I'm sure it's just a minor bug fix, but that doesn't affect my rating of the app
I absolutely love this program. However, something recently has changed. I no longer have the ability to switch between keyboards like I once used to. The process is a bit more troubling now. I have to go to my notifications and pull down to get to the app and then I will see my clippings. What happened? I'm using two separate phones. 1. Samsung Galaxy S7 2. Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Has anyone else experienced this as well?
