Way too pushy. I turned off all notifications but kept receiving notifications. Each time I got a notification I went into the options and made sure that all notifications were off. I noticed that a few were turned back on each time I went into the options. It is also incredibly annoying that you cannot type in a distance radius to look for stuff. Your options are 1, 5, 10, or unlimited miles away. This app is absolute trash.
While shopping with LetGo is more convenient than trying to find something specific on Craigslist, it suffers from very poor interface and notifications. When compared to similar services like OfferUp which have much better controls, even doing a search with more than one word is impossible. Searching LetGo for "TV Table" will give you every listing for TVs, Tables, and TV Tables. Multiple word searches is a ridiculously basic thing to be missing. Add to that the automatic naming of objects by picture, a nice idea, but one which fails so often it leads to many, many false descriptions and an almost certainty you will have to contact the seller to find out some specific which is missing.
Pretty good. But here recently the app has been telling people I'd like to buy products I simply look at. NO I did not accidently hit the ask details button, which when I did press it purposely, it shows on screen "I'm interested!" Which, in fact is not asking details and makes it ultimately frustrating having to go back to messages since there's currently no other way to start a conversation. Anyway, most definitely sending messages automatically, and I disapprove.
