This app only worked when I first downloaded it. Paid for a year subscription... So many problems. Will not let me sign in... really can't even find where to sign in actually. Very frustrating. We have it on an Android tablet and phone. Both don't work.
I've had problems with this app awhile back. It seems as though their technical support team has resolved many issues. I wasn't able to sign in on my sons Samsung Kids tablet. I decided to put the app on my Samsung Tablet instead & was able to enjoy it. The other day the live stream wasn't working for 3 days luckily they had other videos and actives on the app to keep my little one happy. When I reached out via email, the problem was fixed the very next day.
This programing has allowed this old Grandma to keep her grand babies engaged and entertained while teaching them so many things. My granddaughter could correctly count to 5 before she could actually say the words. I kind of enjoy watching it also.
