The app doesn't even allow me to register or log in. Run into the same error messages. Had to miss an event at a convention because I didn't know the app was a requirement and I have been trying to set it up for 2 weeks with no results. Tried reinstalling but still doesn't work. Bandai you need to fix your app. Edit: finally solved the issue after looking around online. Instead of using my actual phone number, just put in all zeroes and it worked. Still caused a lot of frustration.
I would give this app 0 stars if I could. The fact that a company worth as much money as bandai forces thousands of players for multiple games to use this horrendous, bug ridden, half-broken app for their tournament software/signups is a tragedy. It shows they clearly don't care about the product they put out, and don't care enough to pay someone to fix what is clearly broken. Bandai, you have the money to do better, why don't you?
Tried to play one piece for the first time and had to use this app. Would rather use the paring system for card games in the early 90s than this app for tournaments. While registering I had to put my phone number as 0 or it wouldn't let me go through and I figured it out from another veteran player. I would 0 star it but it won't let me. Terrible app could be way better if they put more than a moment of thought into it.
