This app is just bad. Finding a new device in a sea of "Unknown Devices" is an exercise in futility. If the MAC address is known, the system should be much smarter about at least identifying the manufacturer which would make things a million times easier. Even worse, trying to go into each unknown device one at a time takes longer because when exiting each record, you're returned to the top of the device list instead of where you were. Netgear, you're losing customers over this. I might be next!
I'm so over this junk. This is included with my router, which is why I got it. My phone was never added to the list, and yet we got paused on all devices. You CANNOT log into the app to change this when you are paused. Installed to a new device and the passcode sent to my phone refuses to work. I'm over it. Too much hassle.
When it works, it's great. Too bad it constantly has connection issues in the app. Having to reboot the circle every couple days isn't a solution. Not being able to control internet time or content when you want to rather defeats the purpose. When it works, and the app is functional, I love the control and features! An update with some stability fixes would be great.
