Decent ride but not good for foreigners. Easy enough to sign up and book a ride by putting in your destination and pick-up. To sign up you need a phone number for SMS (not WhatsApp) - the number can be international but you must have an active phone plan. Also I'm not sure if it's the app or our driver but they could not find our exact location. If you are not Vietnamese make sure you have some basic direction words in case they call you. Price was competitive with Grab, and picked up fast!
Terrible app. The map is terrible, app shows driver route much longer than the obvious optimal route. They released a 2nd type of motorbike, it's so small i feel like falling off and the driver refused to slow down. There is no option to choose which type of motorbike to take. The drivers often have difficulty pickup because they cannot see where I am. I request pickup at an address but the app gives driver another address. Plus point for friendly drivers and voucher.
Map no longer shows you where the car is so you have to rely on the driver calling to know when you're getting picked up. Drivers are usually not from the city so they are often unfamiliar with roads, however they are friendly and car is always clean and spacious. Price is good too.
