Paid for a year subscribution in Aug 2021. After watching for a few times it suddenly stopped working in Sept 2021. It said I was not a subscriber. Nothing happens after complaining several times. The only, one and only one, message from the CS was whether I had tried signing in with my mobile number n have not heard from them since.
Always buggy. Unable to open app properly. Spend so much money on the anniversary celebrations, but always never spend anything to fix app.
