They updated their terms of service for their deposit accounts 4 times in the 4 months that I had this app. The customer support was poor and it took 3 weeks to resolve a deposit issue. The features it promises are not the features that are delivered. My clients had issues getting it to work properly without it freezing or forcing them to exit their invoices. It was one headache after another.
It's good I like it. Two small problems though when I'm on Wi-Fi or service internet and the signal is not strong and it keeps trying to load the app if I close the app or switch between internet when I reopen it or in the middle of it it'll go to the login screen instead of logging in and force me to log in. The other issue is it shows someone did not pay but when I click on it it shows they did pay I was told to uninstall and reinstall some of them went away but new ones I created did this.
2 stars because I really like the formatting and accessability, which is really unfortunate because I can't justify the cost of a reasonable invoice amount. I also noticed that the app wants me to pay nearly $400 a year for unlimited invoicing, when another person I know that uses the app pays nearly half the price for theirs. There's also no intermediate plan between Pro and Unlimited and a very significant price difference between the two, especially since I only need to send out around 10/mo.
