GARBAGE - Used it for a time. THEN it demanded $5.00/mo $20/yr of a stupid COMPASS !!!!!!!!! . . . . . HEY JERKS, if you have more than just a compass, offer reasonable ads or $$ upgrades for special feature. There are GOBS of compasses available . . . THIS ONE GOES IN THE TRASH ! ! ! !
Attempted on two occasions to install and get a good reading on my heading and unfortunately this an app just will not properly detect magnetic north even on a phone that has the magnetic sensor in it. Doesn't matter where I am or what I do it seems to always calculate off quite a bit. Seems like I can set my phone on the counter stand in one place and turn the app on and off, and every time get a different point. The last time I showed magnetic north as 273 degrees.
This is probably one of the best Compass Apps for Android I have ever used and purchased. The accuracy rate is quite good; but sometimes it deviated a bit too far approximately 300m away. Anyway, I like the features like the coordinate copier, location sharing, and the direction marker/lock feature which is useful as a guide to avoid losing your way back without having to memorize or record the direction. Hopefully the accuracy level can be increased for better results and 5★ rating. Thank You!
