Honestly really glad I finally found my actual remote so I could delete this. Why are there ads all over this app when it's supposed to be an official app from the manufacturer? Half the time it won't connect to my TV despite my phone and TV both being connected to the same wifi with strong signal. It also doesn't fully turn off the TV just puts it to sleep. So I can't restart my TV when certain streaming apps stop working.
It gets very annoying because, the internet keeps dropping., enough times that I just stop trying to reconnect. That's how frustrating it is. It also keeps telling me to update this, but how? There's no 'update' button or icon... stupid app this is.
Just abysmal. The nerve to fill this app with ads after I paid for your high end tv is just as cheap as your "flagship" product and as I understand, your view on life at TCL. I will return your tv, and this app was the last drop that oveeflowed my patience. Learn to respect your customers, cheap copy-paste no longer does it at your current prices! Hope you learn about other cultures and standards from this.
