Easy to connect but for some reason I am unable to delete files or folders on my phone from Windows file manager. I am able to copy to my PC, I am able to create a folder on my phone (but then I can't delete it from windows)... It is as if I only have read only access to my phone... Hopefully it is sometime simple that you can assist me with... Thanks...
EXCELLENT! Except for the glitch that when the app is started (Free or Pro) it indicates an Incorrect User Name as "2221" The Correct User Name should be "android" and 2221 is the Port Number. So happy with the performance, I paid Rs 10 as a Thank You & got the Pro version. Small sized app so unlikely to have spyware or bloat on it.
This has to be one of the most convenient apps out there. I find myself downloading a lot of files on my phone, and I'm too lazy to dig out a cable to transfer them to my PC. Now I can pop open an app like FileZilla on my computer and pull those files off my phone without any hassle. Plus, there doesn't seem to be a cap on speed, so there are times files transfer faster wirelessly than they do over USB.
