I tried accessing this app a few days ago (having used it successfully in the past) - only to see the message "Downloading data ..." The message stayed for 10 minutes. I tried again the next day, and then yesterday, same problem. I thought maybe the app on my phone had been corrupted. Went to download it again, but got a message to the effect that the app is not supported on my device - an Oppo A37 which I purchased 4.5 years ago. Very very disappointed. Do I have to buy a new phone?
front-end: confusing journey of booking for users. if the booking is not available, it needs not to allow any click or further action.Just inform with pop-up. back-end: messing data flows with multiple databases...better revisiting the App scope where this app can properly handle. End to end App experience is ideal, Planning and execution is another story. overall: fail app experience for public health management. Hope to have a better fix version soon.
The application seems as if pracical tool for everybody but, truthfully, it is not! Your entire operating system, and beyond: (all linkage of any fundamental units to its whole app operation and vice versa), is not only far from well-running with high validity and reliability for users, but also cannot work effectively and smoothly to serve your best promises of hugh-pack services for different purposes, equally, for all! It is too hopeless for me, honestly!
