1. App needs manual ip input to find fire TV. 2. Adds are ridiculous and most features can't be tested unless you pay an outrages price, FYI there are other similar apps that are free. 3. Constantly freezes and disconnects and doesn't store IP Adress so you have to manually enter it again. Not recommended.
Easy to use once i figured out my setup. Maybe start with the basics for people like myself that aren't high tech. I didn't know that i need to go into my firestick settings first in order to use this app. So please explain that to users first and it will save a lot of time and frustration.
The only reason someone would install this app would be if they lose their remote or the remote isn't working yet the only way to access this app is with the remote which makes no damn sense! This app is useless if you can't use it when you can't find your remote like the Roku version! Which is why I prefer Roku devices better then Amazon devices because they clearly understand the concept as to why you would need a remote app for your device to begin with better then Amazon! Too bad..
