I've been using this (deluxe) app since 2013. I liked everything about it up until I had to re download on my new phone. Now they pester you about paying $9.99 monthly subscription and I can't find how to change the background which I loved doing the most. They shouldn't have changed it. It wasn't broken so it didn't need fixing. So for everyone that bought the deluxe version back then, to have extras do we get our money back since y'all decided to start charging people monthly subscriptions?
I bought the premium version a long time ago and have used this app for probably 7 years. Ive always loved it. But now they changed it so you only get premium services if you pay a *monthly* fee EVEN if you already bought the premium services back when it was a one time purchase. As a customer, this makes me lose my trust. What else will they take away after you already paid for it?
I've been using this app religiously for ten years, and it STILL does not accurately predict my cycle. I've played with the settings and tried advanced prediction, but the app is basically worthless. I was also an original premium subscriber who is not pleased with the new subscription model. If you're looking, keep looking. This app is not it.
