I really like the facility of using the app but it would be nice to have maps of more airports with directions so that it is easier to find the lounges. I was just in Frankfurt and it was extremely frustrating trying to find some of the lounges. Also, for the Luxx lounge a person has to exit security so it is almost not worth it given the time it takes to go through security again, and that was the only lounge available in Terminal 1 where I was flying from.
It's been great being able to go to different lounges as I increase travel!! The app has worked well for me since I installed it. I've not had any issues with scanning in.
Review is not about the app but the ENCALM lounge. So it was 3am, I was kind of starving, after so much hardworking, they've created 3 partitions of one big area. They were serving just bread and jam or butter, some tea and nothing more. And the receptionist had the audacity to tell me that bank might charge me for service though I have priority pass. Pathetic experience.
