The app seems to have a lot of issues. First I tried to chose 'buy with money' opsion, but received an error, then I payed with card, but received an error that the payment was unsuccessful. In the same time the money were withdrown from my bank account. I had to contact the customer survice, who assured me, everything is fine with my payment and will start preparing the food. Also it look like there is some issue with adding adress and infinite loader. Terrible user experience.
Absolute utter garbage. Bad design, buggy as hell (managed to just swallow one of my vouchers) with overcomplicated security (this isn't a banking app) and has some sort of an issue with indentifying addresses (how come when I add my building number KFC doesn't deliver there, but when I don't they somehow deliver). I suggest using this app for the vouchers only when you have large orders. Once they are gone, just do yourself a favour and delete this trash app.
Impossible to change an order that you made,or cancel it without contacting the call center. Also it lets you order outside of business hours and it just says preparing for hours. I still have an order from last December that is still "being prepared"
