Extremely bad. 1) Can't read any information on the map - it's all in Georgian. 2) Can't enter addresses in English, sometimes even in Georgian. 3) Markers and route you set when order are different from those that driver gets ... The app provides better rates from time to time and allows intercity travel, apart from that it's pretty much unusable, especially of you don't speak Georgian. Also, it was the same 2 years ago when I use it on our first trip. Shame. Shame. Shame. Hope you emprove.
Best side: 1. cheap. Bad side: 1. The map is not specific enough describing the location like shop names, houses and street. 2. The keyword I used for location not easily found and sometimes mistaken with another location. 3. Without location name, the app use pinned location which is dont allow me and the driver feel confident about the accuracy of the location. Conclusion: -Please improve location search accuracy while maintaining the cheap fare, Thank you.
Pros: (1) Fairs are cheaper than the other car taxi services most of the time, and (2) drivers are more flexible. Cons: (1) Addresses are hard to find in this app, (2) confusing real-time locations, and (3) a little buggy. All in all, a decent app, but still requires improvement.
