The app absolutely won't let me sign in. I've tried several times over several days, restarted my phone, checked for updates, etc and nothing works. If tickets are going to be exclusively on your phone with no option to print, the app needs to work! This app is dysfunctional to a degree that would almost be funny if it wasn't putting me at risk of not getting into my show. It is unacceptable.
I'm rating this way because, no matter what I do, I can't log in to the app. When I tap, sign in (whether the sign in button in the menu or the sign in button on the my account page), it goes to a blank, black screen. It doesn't even ask for my user or password. The website works just fine. Once the issue is fixed, I'll adjust my rating/review.
App is as awful as the company. Favorites don't save, constantly getting logged out, everything opens in a new window like a browser, and for some pages it does open the browser instead of keeping things within the app. Since favorites don't save properly, I don't get notifications for when bands and artists I follow start selling tickets until maybe days after they're sold out. What's the point of having an app that doesn't help you engage with the artists you follow.
