I love the Philip app! It lets me connect my Android phone to my TV and control it remotely. I can browse channels, adjust the volume, play videos, and even use voice commands. It's so convenient and easy to use. The app is fast, responsive, and compatible with most TV models. It also has a sleek and intuitive interface that makes it fun to use. I highly recommend the Philip app to anyone who wants to enjoy their TV experience more. It's the best app for TV Android phone connectivity!
Works so-so. Yes it works. Yes it has ads. Some of its functions don't work with my TV, like the keyboard. Now, the annoying parts. If you do anything else with your phone, you will end up having to close the app, then reopen it, or it wont work. The worst part, once you turn off the tv, that's it, it won't turn the TV on until you unplug the tv and plug it back in (my tv don't have a manual on/off switch, apparently that's becoming the new normal). New Phillips 75" Google TV. When I use the search function, instead of bringing up the on screen keyboard, it pops up a message saying 'use the keyboard on your device', but there's no keyboard showing on my phone. If you press the button that looks like a keyboard, it brings up numbers, but no letters. Annoying! You basically cannot search with this app, but so far the rest of the functions work.
