Why can't I see my resort reservations and my park passes!? This app is called Universal Orlando RESORT! Where is the resort part of it? I can only see tickets for the Halloween Horror nights. This app is not user friendly. When you look at the map there are little icons all over and they are all clumped together. There needs to be individual park maps. It would be easier to see where everything is. Also restrooms should be highlighted. Needs a search bar too. So disappointed in the app.
This app no longer works at all on my Google pixel 7 pro. Every time I attempt to open it, it immediately crashes. I've tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, and restarting my device. Nothing works. I'm about to go on a trip to the parks and this makes it much more annoying.
Doesn't stay logged in even though I have the box checked. Even Disney app keeps you logged in and has biometrics available..... Also to make restaurant reservations in the app....Jesus, horrible. This app is way behind their competition. At this point in it's development, I would choose a third party app if I needed to see wait times and use this one for NOTHING
