9/22- Ongoing issues with the tracking page rerouting you to the website and does not let you rename the packages. ---- 11/21- The must have been an update, as the app is basically useless. It just reroutes you to the mobile website inside the app. I loved being able to track my packages and give them nicknames (numbers don't mean anything), but that ability has been lost. I'm so frustrated.
Overall I have a very positive outlook on this app. I like being able to go online and print a lable to send my packages from home. It's was a little difficult getting in with informed delivery but if it wasn't I would I guess anyone who be able to look at anyone's mail. It is easy to navigate through the app and get what you need pretty easy to understand even for someone who is not phone savvy.
Edit: They brought back the ability to add nicknames. Thank you! But as of 5/29/23 the app isn't working at all. It currently displays none of my tracking numbers and when I try to add one, nothing happens. Original review: This app used to be good. Then took away the ability to assign nicknames to tracking numbers. This makes it much more difficult to keep track of everything.
