The app itself is beautiful, useful and intuitive. The service is awful. I asked for a car twice, last year and today. Both times the drivers checked as arrived but I could see they were a mile away in the app's map and driving further away. A huge waste of time. Both times I had to cancel after wasting 30 minutes of dealing with unresponsive drivers.
The app is done very very nicely, probaly the best UI/UX I've seen! I'd recommend the following. 1- The app just cofirms the ride itself. There should be an option if I want it or not. I can not wait 10-15 mins for rider to pick me up. I look for rides on other apps as well to find quick and cheap rides. So, this thing is frustrating, that the app will automatically confirms the ride. What if I had found a ride on some other app and forgot to cancel the ride. It is bad for both me and the rider
The application stopped being usable. GPS does not work, the functionality is buggy as hell - sometimes it is not even possible to contact a driver via the app. I am charged every time due to these bugs and due to rude drivers that are constantly sneaking on you about your location. The yango team does not seem to invest enough resources to tackle those issues.
