This app works okay, but it isn't flexible enough for me. My Samsung A14 phone lacks my Samsung tablet's Settings/Advanced features/Labs/Landscape view for portrait apps, which lets you choose which apps to rotate. This app applies to everything on the phone with no distinction, and it interferes with my camera app's auto rotation, so I have to turn off this app's rotation before I take a picture. So, I'll remove it, and experiment with other options.
This app is a complete life saver, unfortunately I've found a very minor bug, I used this for 3 months and it works very perfectly, deserving 5 stars, one day I turned my phone on and it was stuck on landscape mode, a third of my screen don't work so I use this app to still get some functionality out of my phone, but I disabled the app and it corrected being stuck in landscape not able to rotate. One day in 3 months I have a problem after using this app very regularly. Great job devs 👏.
Awesome, thank you! My Note 9 running Nova would NOT rotate into portrait mode, period. Drove me crazy, especially in YouTube. Nothing at all would enable it, not in the display settings, nor in the Nova "Look and Feel" setting. This works like a charm, I set it to rotate based on the sensor (duh, as it should have already been), works great! I don't know who/what made the decision to disable auto rotate on the Note 9, but it was either Samsung or Google. Read different reports pointing the finger at one or the other, but thankfully there's a way to get around their silly decision. You rock!
