I haven't got to buy a vehicle, toy or whatever I see fit yet but based on the app itself, (just user based), I'd say it's pretty well structured and friendly to use. From what I've heard from friends and reading up on others who use the app everyone have Good things to say about their experience as well. For instance, you can hire someone at the yard your item is at to call you and walk around explaining and giving detailed information back to you and the questions you ask them to look at.
The absolute highest fees I've ever seen at an auction, they nickle & dime you & charge for things you shouldn't be paying for when buying a used car. To even sign up to buy is a joke, they want a deposit to buy that you will only get back when you cancel, so if you been buying for years & are in good standing, they still don't give back the deposit. Make you jump through hoops to sign up, good thing their's thousands of auctions out there, & you don't have to bother with this one. Un install!
The app worked much better before the update when I made my first buy. Even though it wasn't perfect I could have easily given it 4 stars. Now it won't display full lists when trying to filter, and it crashes during auctions every few minutes. Fix it please. Updated review: latest iteration is much improved, especially the addition of shipping estimates.
