Great app, easy to use. Even with my Note9 that lets you capture & work with things from the screen, sometimes this can be faster. & it'll work with any image 8n your files. (You don't need to open the page.) Just impot thr pic, tap the grab button, wait a fee secs & your text is ready to work with – just like any txt/note/doc app. It's a real time saver.
Just what I needed! Sometimes I take screenshots of YouTube descriptions & want to put it into my notes for later. As a bonus, it has a dark mode & is already set to it when you start the app for the first time. One small thing though, I've noticed that it might change a lowercase g to number 9 whenever I want to copy text. It's easy to edit in the app at least.
This app worked fine with no interference for a long time. As of August 21, 2021, the most recent time I attempted to use it, the app required signing in before using it. There is no need for this unless the app designers want to track users for some undisclosed reason. I have since found another app that does exactly the same thing that "Copy Text On Screen" does -- without requiring users to sign in.
