I find the service very attractive, but the app functionality is preventing me to enjoy the content. For once the search option is badly implemented since rarely I can find what I'm looking for. If you miss a "the" or "a" in the beginning of a search you will not get a result. Even worst is the history watch list or lack of it. It's quite impossible to start watching a film on a device and switch to another for the ending since there is no record of it. Hope you will improve the app soon
The App has a lot of problems. It looks pretty Amateur. The content is OK. Would have liked to see more high quality nature documentaries. Some are pretty old. Definetely doesn't blow us away. Edit: The app is pretty much unusable. When trying to search for a documentary you start to type : "Natur.." Then the app will randomly repeat things I typed. Like this: "Naturnaturnaturnaturnaturnatur" then I can backspace it all and start the whole process with the next letter. Just awful.
Good content, but spends more time buffering than actually playing the video. It's not my internet, because other apps, e.g. Netflix, run just fine in HD. I know I am not the first one to report this problem, so obviously you have no intention to fix this issue. It's a shame, but I will have to cancel subscription.
