I finally got it working after some difficulty, but the app is just so-so (tip: do not put a load on your smart plug until it is configured in the app, or the app will inexplicably never find your Wi-Fi). It looks pretty, but it's too simplified and requires excessive key presses & swipes to get to essential features. It also has zero widgets. In fact, I think I'm going to take away another star for that one, because EVERY IoT app should have a wide variety of widgets. Missing other features too
This app is lacking in personalization. A devices must be added to a "room" and your unable to change the view or organize your device view..a huge fail. Additionally you have to find the "room" tap the "..." To open room menu just to see your device to turn on or off individually..not convenient. It lacks the ability to randomize an on off cycle for when you leave your home. The app sometimes will not find your wifi, even after you just connected a device and will spin for several minutes.
Devices constant keep disconnecting. Only 1 device connects to wifi, all the rest connect to the 1 device via bluetooth. Every time try to adjust, create, or use a scene, the devices look for updates, even when already updated, and then the scenes fail. The only thing that works remotely well, the setup for new device. Worthless product and app.
