Buggy, really could be great with a little work, but VW suck at software development. Can not store a home address, constantly crashes or locks up. Wants to update maps, but won't let you do that unless connected to the car. When it works I find it useful for the trip meter, the navigation is ok, I have no idea what the green score is about.
A complete disaster. There are essential settings about how the car is charged that should be absolutely made available in the Skoda Connect app and removed from this one. Having important settings in two separate apps is an UX nightmare. Main issues: app stays open in the background and is difficult to quit. Also: unable to set a charge limit (say, 90%) without having to deal with delayed charging settings, timers, locations etc. Not user friendly at all.
Good when it works but Bluetooth connection needs set up from scratch nearly every time I use it. This really should be a one time setup and then automatic connection thereafter. Volume on navigation voice has to be adjusted on each use. Very frustrating and I don't hold much hope for improvements and updates to fix the app.
