The customer support is use less in this app... i had a sucessfull payment and amount had debited but the transaction is still in progress from past 10 days in the jar it is still not reflected contacted the customer care through e-mail i have still not got the reply from them on this issue, however they can be contacted through only whatsapp chatbot and email where both are nothing helpfull .. i feel lik giving no stars at all gor this below poor service . It is the most worst app I have ever seen ....I am not even able to log in smoothly....please don't use this application instead you can use a savings account for saving money...because if you save 100 they allow you only 50 to withdraw...what does it mean....then what is the use of the word "WITHDRAW ANYTIME "...I think this is a scammer app...someday it will be running away...when he has enough funds....
