It's pretty cool and convenient! I go regularly to play one game in particular; I wish I would have signed up the very first day! I accumulated more than a few play cards, which you can transfer credits and tickets to one card if you wish for a limited amount of cards each day. You're able to recharge your play card in the app as well, instead of the kiosk. If you end up losing your card, you can freeze it from the app to make sure no one uses your credits. If you go to D&B often, sign up!!!
It's pretty useful I'll get notifications for free chips or maybe a free Entree or double the amount of gameplay. The only reason why I didn't give it five stars is because if you try to add chips to your play card through the app it can take a while and doesn't always go through. Overall, I wish they would drop the chips per game, it does vary according to the game, but even on a half-day the cheapest games are no smaller then 5.1 chips per play. I've been coming to Dave & Buster's for years
This app sucks! It doesn't keep track of my chips played! I've been recharging my card and playing chips, but they don't count them for chips played in the app!!! And contacting customer service thru the contact form also sucks! No one got back to me about my problem! Can't believe this app has more than 4 stars. Update: Calling customer service resolved my points issue. The app still sucks because it gets laggy and my restaurant points take too long to show up in my account or they don't show
