Good app overall! The only issue I ever have is getting the "Access blocked /n you need to re-register the app" error. A restart fixes it, but I keep getting it every 3 minutes or so (Yes, I've tried reinstalling and logging in. Still happens) Looking forward to improvements! And maybe more English coverage within the app itself :]
Disappointing app. The shiny exterior hides the outdated process. There is no status shown for declarations. Instead of showing "being processed", the only thing you can see is the document you uploaded. Then, 2,5 weeks later, you get a physical letter stating why a declaration is denied. This sucks, since most bills need to be paid within 2 weeks. Also: the app shows "open bills" and asks you to pay with ideal, even if you have your costs set to automatic collection.
Before the update it was very easy to upload declarations with the in-app camera. The new app however rejects my pictures AND the in-app camera tells me it doesn't see a document when I'm pointing the camera directly at the #@*% DOCUMENT. Wasted loads of time on calling helpdesk, reinstalling the darn app just for the same thing to happen again and eventually having to use the website. Stain on my day!
