Setup was easy, video quality is good, but my only complaints are that the detection algorithm needs work. It will detect moving bushes, shadows and rain as humans. I've tried adjusting the threshold and blocking out the bushes, it has helped, but still too many false alerts. Also, when it actually detects a human, it will flood you with alerts if the person is in view for a while. Would be nice to have an adjustable pause between alerts. Fix these, and it's a 5 star app IMO.
Starting June 15th, my system no longer does real time notifications of motion detection. Things are recorded, but come in hours later on the app. I tried everyththing with customer service and even rebooted my cameras. My internet service has not changed. This leave me with thinking there is something wrong with the app. Frustrating. Was a reliable system for the past 4 months. Hope this is not phasing out so soon.
No problems. Likey. Fairly easy to control cameras. Would like an app for windows OS though. 9/3/22 update: orig purch Feb 2021. I purchased a second pro version and haven't installed yet. But really like the first pro and it's adjustable mount! Night vision with spotlight is a cool add on feature. So we now have three standard and two pro versions. Additionally I just switched to a new cell phone and the app reinstall was a snap. Logged in, switched to high def and boom. Up and running.
