Before using this app, I would lose signal throughout my house and continually experiencing dropped calls. Extremely frustrating when your phone doesn't run on wifi when the router is 10 ft. Away. Thank you for making life a little easier when everyone in the world is on the internet (COvID-19). Easy to use, the app does it all for you. Thanks again for a wonderful app.
It has a couple bugs that need fixing. The SSID doesn't pick up anything, instead of showing the actual name. This happens on all the networks i log into. The General Intensity Meter just hangs on "Searching for networks..." It won't show anything. The ads are intrusive & annoying. It's simple which for some is great, for others is bad, but it's too simple to warrant a cost. It should be free & ad free. If it were a widget, it would be perfect, if free & ad free. I've had better freeware apps.
On first impressions, this is exactly what I've been looking for. I need evidence to show my provider that I'm not getting what they promise. I don't need more complicated info than a percentage, as the tech side of wifi isn't my area of expertise! But... (1) I'm delighted there's a widget, but the "Widget" item in Settings does nothing. It registers my tap but doesn't open a menu. The widget does have a Refresh button, so that's ok for now but this ought to be put right. (2) Please add logging!
