Totally waste of time to talking to you. I am facing many problems and bugs. But none of those are fixed like there is a feature named ambient display which is not working totally and there is no any option for pop up window in my phone which is very important for me to do multitasking. Some apps of Motorola are missing in my phone moto g13 like moto app, gametime , etc
I did not ask for, or need this app to be installed on my moto e phone. There are also rumors that this is a form of spyware, but having little to no experience with it I can neither confirm or deny if it is spyware or not. However, the fact that it was given control and access over my wifi and could draw over other apps by default (all without my consent) makes me question whether the rumors are true. Due to the above I have disabled this app from running on my phone for now...
It's not actually very much help. Maybe if you really don't know a thing about Android or recent technology..like someone who's 2003 Motorola flip phone battery finally died.. and they were forced to get a smart phone. Of course, if that was the case, they'd probably never know this app exists, much less be able to find it. Basically, I'll summarize the help they offer... Try turning your phone off, then on again. And if that doesn't work, try turning your phone off, then on again..
