UPDATE: Ive tried to have someone call me but the form to fill out requires the transmitter numbers etc. I just need to know about the app. When will this ever work with galaxy s23 ultra. I've had it for over a year and still it crashes several times a day and I don't know it until I check it. I keep getting messages that it's not compatible. Please help on this. This is such a an important app. I need to wake my daughter when she's low at night and it's not working.
Annoying that it has to sit constantly in my notifications pull-down, cluttering it up. But the worst part is that it's unreliable. Recently, on the app it is showing "No Data" while on the sensors Dexcom app it just says "Server Error". The Freestyle Libre was leaps and bounds better, but we were forced to switch because our insurance no longer covered the Libre.
Could be more user-friendly and offer more interaction as it allows on the Sharer's app, such as viewing the exact BG numbers if you click/hover on the dots on the graph. Also, the no data alarm should allow you to set it for a lower time than 30 minutes. If I'm not getting data, and it's already been 30 minutes, that's a huge gap in time where my T1D'er could've bottomed out. I wouldn't have known since I didn't receive any alarm for low or urgent low.
