Got the R4 watch to use with this and track my blood pressure. Not a fault with the app, but the watch, it's extremely inaccurate. It reports my blood pressure as normal, when it's actually 3 steps higher and stage 2 hypertension. Returned the watch and discontinuing use of the app for that reason. Also it has an option to link to Google fit, but Google blocks this app as it's not verified and tries to access sensitive data. That's suspicious. That's weird.
First and foremost if you want it to track long term this is not the app for you. There is an option for it tells you you have to create an account to use long term tracking, but you can't create an account. The quick login for Google or Facebook fail and it errors out if you try to create a "new account" with your email. Really, if there is no long term data saved to analyze what's the point? All other information you can get real time from the watch. Sms, weather and camera features work.
Device utter rubbish. Won't synchronise with the watch. Can't even change the date. Don't waste your money. Best place is in the bin. Even the watch won't sit in correct position on the wrist!
