What should've been an easy and quick consultation led to so much delay, total waste of time! Customer service cant fix wrong details when you signed up. Worse, they blocked my device after several attempts of trying to fix the issue. Customer service is only giving canned responses, not helpful at all!!!! Not recommended, you'll just waste your time.
Really a lousy app👎👎👎 as compared to other similar app like Whitecoat. What seems to be an easy task of merely trying to get hold of a full body checkup report turned out to be disaster and poor UX. Did the management really test the UI and UX of the app before launching? Time to change the IT if it is done in house or IT vendor if it is outsourced. Password doesn't work. I pity the ground floor clinic personnel, CSO who have to withstand all the frustrations from angry clients. 👎👎👎
The microphone feature malfunctions. It is experience multiple times that the audio disappears in the other end of the call, thus I have to turn the microphone on and off. Overall, a neat app as it is user friendly and straightforward.
