STILL need ability to edit toppings for ALL menu items. Why have a "normal" button that can't be used (to change to light/extra), & why's it possible to remove ingredients from some items, but not all? Maybe if you didn't ask for an app rating EVERY time, my rating wouldn't keep dropping. It just reminds me that you haven't improved app in YEARS.
Update: I made the mistake of trying again... the app is still garbage. I try to use one of their coupons but the 2nd item always costs more. 'Some crusts, sauces, and toppings may cost more" OK, but disclose which ones! PREVIOUSLY: I used the link from the email offer and it requires a password. I try a few times and can't remember so I ask it to send a reset password email to the same account. It says it did, but did not. I just want to order a pizza not hack into an app. Too much trouble.
Good and convenient to the extent it's supposed to. 4 stars because there's small things that can be updated like the tracker often glitching not updating correctly. It randomly deleted my order twice so I had to wait and try again. And sometimes the tracker isn't reliable or accurate and I'll receive my order from delivery while the app still says "in the oven". Usually it's not the location but if it is then maybe they need to be focused on more than just the app.
