Backup your files daily, many times now I've opened a file of notes for my novel to find it completely empty. 5-50K words, simply gone. I've just canceled my subscription and will be switching over to Google Docs + dictation. Slightly less user friendly, but I know my ideas are safe there.
I want to love it! The dictation is very good, but it won't integrate with Evernote like it says it does. It says that there is a problem on Evernote's end. After contacting Evernote, they say it should work or nuance hasn't updated. Regardless, I need Evernote for work. The customer service just hasn't really helped.
Signed up for the free trial but was unable to log in due to some error on their side. Now I am unable to cancel my account and being charged...because I can't log in. Ridiculous.
