This app is the worst!!Used to love the app. I always saved my points to redeem for $50 Amazon gift cards to use for gifts. I redeemed two of them, and they changed the redemption system and refunded my points. Now, it is impossible to redeem for the new (only $25) amounts. If you're lucky enough to get in, they are "SOLD OUT" before you get one. Sitting on hundreds of thousands of points and now way to use them. The new system is the worst!
what's the point using this app? The points you earn on this app is pointless. It is impossible to redeem a giftcard. You wait around for that 1 day a week to redeem, only to get a message saying it's all gone. Week after week the same thing, it is impossible! I have been trying since they change up their redemption process. Been trying for the past year to redeem my points ($70 worth) and every time I get that same result. If you are new, don't waste your time.
I used to love using drop to earn gift cards. Now I have all these points accumulated but no way to redeem them. Ever since they changed the rules to only being able to redeem points once a week, it has just become an app taking up space. They have the time set up at the most inopportune time to redeem and when you are able to log on the app crashes or the gift cards are already sold out.
