Got confused because I believed this was supposed to be the Google Duo app after not realizing it had merged with Google Meet. Downloaded this and was met with a bombardment of ads and a confusing UI, and after realizing my mistake, I deleted my account on the app and promptly uninstalled the app. I'm glad I didn't pay for anything. It might be best to change the name of the app for those who believe they're downloading the old Google Duo. It confused me, that's for certain.
I just downloaded this app to be able to video chat with my mom since she doesn't have Facebook messenger. So far, it seems to have a lot of ads, or points and incentives for watching ads, leaving reviews, liking on social media platforms, etc. etc. I'll update my review once I get a chance to actually use it.
You can't even use this app cause the call rate is like 2000 credit per minute and you can only get around 22/25 credit by watching each ad. Useless app...
