My old phone was dropped and screen is broke and unusable. The app is set up in such a way you can't transfer to a new phone without the old. Looks like the developers didn't think this through. The app itself gives you no kind of option to put your work email in and wants to automatically search my Gmail which is not registered under for my account. Microsoft authenticator for my other client was so much easier to transfer. Duo needs to be better.
I hate it so much. There is nothing I can't complain about that hasn't been said many times over. No idea why my university chose to use this authenticator when it's so unintuitive. I can't even approve my sign in requests because it always says "Cannot complete this request. If the problem persists, please contact your administrator" I did and nobody has ever seen this issue once. Something on your end or their end is messing up my ability to do assignments. Do better.
The app works great. What's knocking off a star is that I see you have an Apple Watch app on your website, and it would be great if you had a watch app on the Play Store as well. Also, for the most part, when signing in, the notification usually just shows up. However, sometimes it doesn't, and this is solved by just opening the app, and the accept/decline options come up.
