I love my lights but this app SUCKS. I've never had this many connection issues with any of my LEDs before. This is unbelievable. I tried uninstalling then reinstalling, didn't work. Unplugged and replugged it in, didn't work. I'm at a loss at how I'm supposed to use my lights at all now since it didn't come with a remote. Edit: I'm sick and tired of this connection bs. There's been no fixes. I've adjusted settings. Given permissions. Nothing works. I wish I never bought these lights.
Totally works once you piece together the instructions. The app only works if the lights are in always-on mode and does not work and won't even detect the lights if night mode or motion sensing is on. Once I figured that out it connected right away and controls really fast. You lose motion sensing though so I switch back I don't mind I use these in my bathroom.
App works once, then once its closed it wont open again and will immediately crash unless you uninstall and then reinstall or clear all of its data, which means each time you want to change a color or a setting you have to clear everything and then set up the app and lights and reconnect everything all over again. Extremely annoying.
