The app and the device are very good. It has very vividly clear video. Has Alot if good features and can view in real time with cloud or sd storage. The app is a little glitchy when using ptz mode moving the camera to look around. Ex: Alot of times ill move it to the left it'll go to the left but when I stop it when I've got it placed where I want it'll click back to the right for no reason. Also when using night vision the flood lights on it stay on.
The camera was fine until it did a couple updates and now all it wants to do is face the house. The PTZ will no longer turn the camera to the left and the ads are ridiculous if l do receive an alert. Also, the anomaly detection stopped working. Had to turn the night vision off because the picture at night was horrible with it on. The app is just plain frustrating.
Any time you need help and click (Contact Us) Link you get an answer from Blurams and their products are not compatible with this app, so you end up with no help. Update, been using the cloud service for a while now, but every month the price goes up, when I first started it was 1.99 for the cheapest subscription, then 2.99, 3.99 now it's 4.99 I'm getting ready to scrap the whole thing and get some cameras with a better app and storage. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, IT'S A TOTAL RIP OFF
