Downloaded app a year ago, used it for a small trip. No issues. Have a long trip coming up this year, bought Year Subscription for Crashlight. App was throwing error codes for both my and my emergency contact's phone numbers. Eventually got help. Error codes gone, test announcements went through.
I use the app just for the crash detection feature to notify my wife. Unfortunately, this past weekend I had the displeasure to try this feature out. I lost control of the bike on a turn and I went down. Immediately I heard sirens coming from my phone. It detected the crash and started to count down to send the emergency notifications to my wife. I was extremely impressed and will continue using this feature. The only issue I have with the app is that if the phone is on battery saver mode, it will not correctly track on GPS. If i turn it off it will start to track correctly.
UPDATE! Location started working out of the blue. Good enough for me. Only thing keeping it from five stars is the lack of auto-capitalisation while typing. UPDATE! Auto capitalisation needed every time I type anything in the app. Also, the journey map sometimes draws a straight line between two points rather than the actual route I took, makes me supremely unwilling to use the crashlight feature. Back down to 2 stars, that's a pretty major bug.
