The experience is often based on the restaurant. My experience was good. I asked the restaurant to give eazy diners discount and they complied. I went to Seventh Sense, which is part of a five start hotel. Nice ambiance, good food and service was also good. The only thing was that salad was served after lunch. But we got it packed, hence four stars instead of five. Will try again. I did not get into any extra discount bit, so can not comment. Additionally, restaurant had enough seats so no wait.
I would say it's waste of getting this app. I have seen my friends facing issue while making the payment and the payment never goes through. Today was my turn where I made multiple attempts via app and website, I couldn't complete the transaction and had to loose a good amount of discount. Now I feel that it's waste of paying and buying the Cc and using the app.
Booking on it is easy. Restaurants accept it. First time I got a good discount. Next time the discounts were on uncommon payment methods so as to promote those. The promotional content on this is very attractive, but conditions are not convenient for regular payment methods😊
