appearance over usability. terrible. the app itself is very colorful with banners and evetything but it takes time to load. which is very annoying. make it simple and eady to use. user friendly interface. and the KYC verification is absolutely frustrating. it does not even tell why someone has been rejected. and there was no option to upload a photo of the ID. the only option is to take picture which for me is very troublesome. especially for those identification with reflective surface. get it?
Very Nice Interface. Works well for me. I didn't encounter issues raised by others. Signing up was a breeze. It took me several attempts as i understood the system was overwhelmed when it was just released and we all simultaneously tried to sign up. Overall, this is a step in the right direction and is going to be a very useful app. My Philhealth ID is automatically registered and my contributions showed in the payment history. All my Covid Vaccines are here as well.
Very terrible app. Tried too many times for the verification process and ended up only until the taking of photo and reloads back to the very beginning of the verification process. It's so frustrating. I have followed all the necessary steps in taking a required picture and have filled up the information correctly but still can not proceed.
