While the app is impressive, especially for photography enthusiasts and those keen on restoring old photos, I've noticed a commonality in their layouts. Despite offering slightly varied looks and themes, they essentially perform the same functions with similar pricing structures. The end results are generally good, but the upfront pushy ads can be off-putting before you can fully assess your liking for the app.
Not worth my time anymore. When I first downloaded the app it worked amazingly well, yeah I had to watch an ad to edit some pictures but that wasn't an issue, now that doesn't even work, I click the button and it just continuously loads and nothing happens. And the ads are a lot longer now than they were when I first downloaded the app.
A recent ad for this app that I've seen making the rounds features a scratched vintage photo of a black female. The filters not only remove the scratches, but narrow the nose, widen the eyes, and affect the mouth shape (all features often criticized by bigots). The end result is NOT a clean photo of the original woman. This is not a good app to use to restore ACCURATE vintage pictures of family.
