Edit: after the last upgrade I can only login by getting a code via email, as the app crashes and burns when I try to enter the password. Once logged in, I can't control my AC splits because either show as offline or they just don't show up on the app. This is a completely botched app, developed by amateurs, with inconsistent behavior and overall it has been a constant painful source of frustration.
Setup is not easy and took several attempts for it to work. You cannot integrate with Google Home except in North America, Asia, and Europe (so it does not work in Australia). UI is okay but not intuitive. Once you have figured it out, the app is okay, but since I can't integrate it with Google Home, it's not really useful.
First I wasn't able to complete setup and I gave up. After a few months decided to try again and was able to complete setup and control de a/c for about a week. Now I only get network error no matter what I do. The UI is not the best as well since it isn't clear how to change settings and you are bound to change unwanted settings as well since it is based on scrolling. If I could return the a/c I would since there is basically nothing smart about this app.
