I have used Expedia for years. I eventually got the App and appreciated its ease and particularly the notifications on trips, fares, and reservations. My absolute best part. For the last month or so it's been 'buggy'. Pretty much since it went to a 2 step verification I cannot log in to the app. Deleted and reloaded. Hopefully, that will do it. Otherwise, that will be a wrap for me. Update: the delete and reinstall worked for me. Don't know what the issue was.
The app since they changed to OneKey points will not let me sign in. I've tried so many times and it always tells me it's something on their end and to try again. Well I do try again, and same thing with the same result. Edit 03/24: the above was fixed on their app but the app is still not functioning 100%. I just booked a car rental that I cannot change or cancel. The app at some point switched my drop off time while I was searching and booking the rental. Frustrating!!! Please fix your app :(
I was using Priceline for about + years. Just started using Expedia. I had to contact customer service on my 2nd booking for a refund of a nonrefundable hotel stay because Motel 6 required a hard copy of my drivers license the second night. Wouldn't accept a photo of the license. My call was handled much faster and far more satisfactory than any of the Priceline calls I've made.
